SAR Televenture started its journey 2019 as SAR Televenture Private Limited, with a mission to build reliable telecoms & digital infrastructure that connects India to the future.

We began with telecom tower infrastructure projects, focusing on quality, reliability, and customer trust. Our early success helped us establish a strong footprint in multiple regions.

We achieved one of the biggest milestones in our journey by becoming a public company and successfully launched our ₹25 crore IPO in Nov’23 . This listing marked a new beginning for our growth and increased investor confidence.
Additionally, this year we also added 400 new telecoms towers, expanding our reach and service capacity.
In Jul’24, we successfully launched our ₹150 crore FPO , strengthening our financial capability for expansion.
In Aug’24, we acquired Fusionnet and Comway to enter the FTTH segment, and Parametrique to expand into smart systems. These acquisitions helped us grow beyond towers.
